It has been 2 years and 6 months since I’ve seen my brother! That is WAY TOO long! Stewart, Shannon, and Brooke came all the way from Nebraska to visit us over the Memorial weekend holiday! It was SOOOOO good to see them! I was so happy to be with my big brother again! We are super close and we always pick up right where we have left off without skipping a beat! We took over 500 pictures while they were here. So…… I’m trying my hardest to not make this post a novel; however, this is, to date the LONGEST post I have EVER blogged before!
Little Brooke grew so tall! She is so beautiful and sweet! What a beautiful little lady she is turning into! And here is Shannon, Brooke, and Me!
Shannon, Brooke, Stewart
Me teasing Brooke! And Lily with her Uncle! She took to him fast! ♥
This picture is blurry, but I had to post this! Stewart ALWAYS has whipped me with a hand towel! ALWAYS! ha ha! This time I got him back! I think for the first time EVER! I was pretty proud! Check out his pain face! Love it!

My brother LOVES this game! He has ALL of them! Every time we get together him and Darren set up and play for hours into the night!

Brooke, Ethan, and Jacob wanted to be buried!
Wednesday it rained and rained and rained some more! We went bowling on base! Super fun!
We went to the beach again on Thursday! The weather was beautiful!
Then we walked along the board walk. Brooke wanted to find a T-shirt from VA Beach. We went in a few shops and messed around a bit. I accidentally left my purse on the floor in one of the stores! Darren took off running for it! Then I look and see him running back, flip-flops in hand and he’s running with my purse! At first I was relieved, then I quickly realized how bad it looked to have him running down the board walk without shoes on and a purse in his hands! ha ha! I’m just glad he found it!
Frozen Custard! Yes please! We skipped lunch and went straight for the good stuff!
Try running up Mt. Trashmore holding a 36 lb 3 year old! Not easy!
We were able to take them to see one of Ethan’s last games of the season! They were Ethan’s biggest fans!
A HUGE Thank you to Shannon! Every time I was cooking or pre-occupied, she would grab Jacob and read stories, sing songs, play trucks, board games! Anything to keep him busy and out of trouble! She was wonderful! Thank you!
Lemon, Lemon, Lime, Lime (fun game!)
Uncle Stewart is a Playground!
He had to be exhausted after that! But the kids LOVED every second of it!
We had such a wonderful time with them here! Soooo good seeing them! We have to not go so long between visits again! ♥
