Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day Everyone! Mother or not. We all have been influenced and impacted for the better by being a mother, or having an incredible mother in our lives whether it be our own or not.

This handsome little guy came home from school so excited to give me this flower he had been working so hard on! He painted the pot and planted his flower and was so proud of his hard work! Thank you Ashton! I love it!!!

Motherhood is ROUGH. After each child I grew more grey hair, became more forgetful and lost more and more sleep. I'm exhausted after every day, I sometimes get impatient. But I'm so thankful for these 4 children Heavenly Father has blessed my life with. They bring me so much joy and amazement. I'm so grateful to have them in my life. I love them more than all the riches in the world. I'd die for them and I'd trade all my "colored" hair in for grey, all my sleep in for droopy eyes, and all my wants and desires for them. They mean the world to me and I'm so thankful for them!

Me with my 4 children!

Mommy and Jacob

This kid cracks me up! He's hilarious!

Me and my sweet little girl. I thank Heavenly Father daily that he blessed me with a daughter. She is my sweet sweet little 'Princess Peach' as I call her every morning when she wakes up! Love this girl more than life itself!

Mommy and Ashton. This little boy is such a joy! He is ALWAYS smiling! Such a tender hearted little guy. Love him so much

Ethan and me. My first born son. I can't believe he is almost 10. I'm so thankful for the 10 years we've had with him so far. My heart is already aching knowing I have less than 10 left with him before he ventures out into the world and becomes a man. I treasure every second I have with him.

I love my babies so much! They are my mother's day gift!

Now, on a side note. To my mother: Thank you for all you did for me as a child. All you taught me, put up with, endured, and sacrificed for me. You taught me to trust in the Lord. You taught me the value of work and working HARD. You taught me how to cook well, and clean well. I value that so much! You taught me it's better to be honest. You taught me love and patience. I watched you many nights on your knees in prayer. I now understand how your prayers must have been, as a single mother. Pleading to Heavenly Father to help you through yet another day, and to somehow teach your children what you needed to before they were grown. You did an amazing job. I've learned so much from you and I'm so thankful for all you taught me, and the love you gave and continue to give to me. You're a treasure and I'm so thankful for you! I love you! Happy Mother's Day!
