Making hard candy

Beth invited us over to make hard candy. It was really fun and the kids loved waiting for each new batch to be ready to cut and be thrown into the powdered sugar.

Here is the nice clean table with the pile of powdered sugar. Waiting for the first batch to come!

The kids cutting the candy before it gets too hard. Then throwing it into the powdered sugar so it can cool and not stick to other pieces.

Beth's daughter Aidden (one of Lily's closest friends)

Look how clean this project is!

Licky licky!

Hanging on the table for dear life!

Ashton's piece getting too hard!

Aidden helps organize the piles

Cola, peach, grape, lime, cotton candy, watermelon. That's all we did while I was there, but Beth continued on to make a total of 17 batches! She is amazing. She makes all the different flavors and colors, puts them in containers and gives them away as gifts during the holidays.

Rose, Me, Beth. The pictures don't show just how dirty we really were!

Had fun ladies! Thanks for the invite Beth! ♥
